I had a unauthorized fee charged to my credit card last month of 19.95 and this month 20.95 I have absolutely no idea who you are. I have called the fraud department of Citibank, and the BBB. I have had to cancel my current credit card and get another one. There was no phone number, only a long numerical number ending in CY. I suggest everyone else does the same.
