Decided to leave Time Warner but when I called in an offer was made that was very good and decided to up the service with them and not go with AT @T. Worst mistake as they are horrible horrible horrible in getting issues resolved and they have a cavalier attitude that has nothing to do with wanting to help thier customers. The supervisors have NO AUTHORITY and do nothing but say so sorry and do not fix the problem. They are pencil shufflers and cold cold cold.
