Had ordered Nokia HDS-3 Stereo headset from this company in August recieved product on time with no hassles. UPS crushed the box but this was not the merchants fault and the device was not damaged. I ordered 2 more of the same product so I could have spares since I accidentally snagged the earbud of the original and had to repair it. I used Fedex this time for $2 more.
