A CUG cell number ( 9596141511) issued by Bharti AIRTEL to IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED for their Srinagar unit was all of a sudden blocked & the services terminated with effect from 15.09.2010 with an SMS mentioning that the "documents are not proper & hence the services are immediately withdrawn". On enquiry, it was told that the documents are not proper and hence revised documents may be furnished to activate the services. However, on 07.10.2010, it is learnt the the cell number has been issued to an Army colonel at Srinagar without the consent of IRCON. read full review »
