Ordered twice previously and no problems. This time $75 order (LED flashlights), paid with shipping insurance (paypal) and after 3+ weeks order status said paid, shipping in process. Sending an email, got no response after a week. Went online to find order cancelled!? Sent another email asking why...no response. Found on paypal a refund with a note saying lost in mail.
