AKM movers, Alexsay, moved us within our complex from one unit to another. We signed a contract, loaded the truck up. When the truck got to our new unit, they decided to charge us an extra $300 for what they called "long haul" because our first unit was more than 50 feet from their truck. This was not disclosed earlier NOR was it on the contract that we signed. They refused to take our stuff off the truck until we paid them the extra money.
