As I was driving on Bethany Home Road this morning, a driver in this A/C repair van darted in front of me from the frontage road just east of I-17 and then stopped and would not go. As I tried to pull into the left lane to drive around him, he cut me off again, then stepped on the gas and ran off. I called the number listed on the Better Business Bureau website and he claimed to be Dave Wolf the owner. He did not appologize.
