Extrememly unhappy with Customer Service. I orded the product on June 26, and the last time I check the item was returned, because it was sent incorrectly. The only way for me to get the product again. Is after I wait another 3 weeks for them to get the product and I pay for another shipping fee, after I have already paid for everything, for the product to be send to me again, which then I have to wait another 3 weeks. I refuse to pay for the product again after I have already paid for it once and never received it. I expect a full refund, but... read full review »
