I complained earlier about a return to Overstock.com for which they only gave me half credit due to hair. After several phone calls, email and online chat I was finally credited the full amount. It's easy to complain but felt I the need to let people also know that everyone I dealt with was very polite and I was happy to have my complaint resolved. read full review »
