Anteres Pro did not stock the parts I ordered and then canceled the order with no advance notice or chance to select alternatives. A call to customer service found a friendly person who stated she was at a 'fulfillment center' and that she, and no one at her location, had any knowledge of the items sold at the web site, and no ability to help with finding alternative items from the AnteresPro web site.
