I ordered a Lacoste Polo in the wrong size. Before they shipped it I sent them an email to cancel the order because of the wrong size. Michelle Wright from customer service responded that she had changed it and "no need to cancel". After emailing them to ask them if they were going to ever ship it they finally sent me a notification that it was shipped listing my billing and shipping addresses in the email.
