Chase set up an escrow account and double paid my real estate taxes on my home. We have had no escrow on our home for 9 years. We have written, emailed, called, etc. It is really frustrating to lose hours and hours of time because of a bank error. They artificially increased our payment by almost 200.00 per month as well! Just a classic example of a big bank trying to take advantage of a customer by hiding behind their website and using customer service people that do not speak English as a first language. read full review »
