I am VERY upset with this site. I purchased my books on monday and paid 20$ extra to have them shipped within 2-3 days. I paid extra to have them shipped for a very specific reason and they did not deliver on the day they should have. I actually still have not recieved them 5 days later and noone will answer the phone or return my emails. This is some of the worst service I have ever encountered.
