AT&T epitomizes HORRENDOUS Customer Support to the MAX! I cannot fathom how a company of this size can be so incompetent. Over the course of the last 10-12 years my frustration with their support has cost them my wireless account (5 lines), my landlines (2 lines), my long distance service, and my DSL service.
