I received this product in the mail I did not order this, After I called my bank I seen I had been charged 3.99 s/h. I called the company. the automated person said it would take normally 3 to 5 minutes to speak to customer service, Well, it took 20 minutes but, i hung in there i wasnt going 2 be charged for something i didnt order. the person told me after asking many questions . that i had ordered it when i know i hadnt becoz the product came 2 an old address i hadnt had in 6 mo. he argued the matter with me an i toldhim cancel me ! just... read full review »
