These are the delivery terms on the webiste: Goods will be sent using a 24H service from completion of order; Goods are available for despatch within 7 working days of receipt of order; Goods that are out of stock may take up to 14 working days of receipt of order. The item I ordered is listed as In Stock but after I had waited for over 7 working days I heard nothing, I emailed and got no reply and I had to call (10p per min).
