Very unsatisfied with the poor and awful service that I received on my last visit. First of all I brought my van in for a prefered customer oil change (the usual) that includes brake check and fluid top off (at least that what the ad says) So I dropp off my car and about 2hours later a get a call form the guy at the shop to let me know that my car was ready but that one of the lug nuts and stud had broke when they where taking off the rim. #1MISTAKE: As far as I know if they brake soemthing aren't they responsible?
