Month to date I've not recieved a refund from this company: initially I was told that I would recieve a refund within 5-7 days. I called the day they ripped me off: September 21st. I mailed the refund form the same day with a confirmation delivery slip: Swipeacution recieved it September 24th. I called 10 business days later and the site showed that now it's 28 days from the time they recieve the refund form, you will get a refund.
