I have a home warranty that came with the purchase of our home. We decided to renew the warranty for one more year after our purchase. Our microwave made a loud noise then went completely dark. I called our warranty company, which has ALWAYS been very polite and responsive. They had me call A&E to have the built-in microwave serviced.
