I ordered the diet product on 9/24/2010 via the internet. I was aware that they had a 10 day cancellation policy. On 9/29/2010 I checked the website for a cancelation option and was referred to 800-320-2983. I called the 800 number and tried to converse with a person who had such bad English it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation, however, I explained that I wanted to cancel my account so that I would not have any $87.47 monthly charge to my credit card.
