I was charged for software that was supposed to be free, I was only to pay shipping. Then I was charged again ...both times I was charged $49.95. The company finally said they would reimburse me 1/2 of the amount. And promised that the account as closed and I would not receive anymore charges. This company needs some oversight in their practices and unauthorized charges. Who is handling that? read full review »
