Greatclips concept is great, but the franchisees do not follow the guidelines of the BRAND NAME to be successful. I came back to Greatclips full time, as a manager June 26th 2009. This year 2010, I achieved 5 records weeks and was $100 dollars short from making another record week 10/1/2010. I went into work 10/5/2010, only to be terminated.
