Hello, In regards to all of you have been a victim of both Wirefly, and their Protection Plan buddy, NOCA, here is my version of dealing with this situation, cause I personally gave up trying to deal with both companies on my own. Yes, there is a way to get your money back, or course depending on each individual case, the amount may vary. I was taken. Not just by Wirefly, and their offer of a free phone (which cost me around $280.00), also along with "free phone, if I signed a 2 year contract with one of the 'agents', in this case AT&T, they would also provide a protection service, (lost, stolen, broken phone, etc), for an additional at that time is was 49.95 for the year. The service NCOA, went bankrupt just 20-25 days after I had already signed, and paid all that this free phone deal entailed.
