I too received a card in the mail. When I went to the web address to check it out, and enter the approval number, I saw this complaint board and decided to check it out instead. Thank God I did. Thank you to all who posted and saved me from making a big mistake. I took another look at the card I received, you all were right. There was no visa or mastercard logo or any way to contact a person from there via phone.
