£29.78 was taken out of my account without authorisation, I had enquired about a loan on 2nd september 2010 but they failed to find me one so I emailed them and they confirmed I wouldn't have to pay any fees. The money was taken out on 6th october. I emailed them several times over a space of 2 days without a response, but after reading on here to mention about the economic crime unit and "unauthorised and fruadalent use of bank card" I sent another.
