Recently due to a toe injury I hadn't gone to the gym so I decided to cancel my membership. So I sent a certified letter stating I wanted to cancel my membership and they did the problem is that day I mailed the letter out they took $30 out my account for a yearly fee and now they refuse to refund my money b/c they state I had to cancel membership before Sept 24, 2010. so be careful. read full review »
