I am due a refund from Windstream from overpayment on my final bill. It has now been 2+ months of repeated calls and being told that my refund check was just printed and will be mailed on Friday. Was told that 3 separate times...Now today was told my check was mailed 1 1/2 months ago. Asked to speak with a manager, was refused -Manager name Michelle Flanders - They now will get back to me-ridiculous - If I owed them money you know I would be in collections by now! What's infuriating is that no one cares...Oh well is the attitude - My advise - go wireless, put them out of business! read full review »
