I did some research before I sent in my laptop and I didn't find any extremely negative feedback. I sent in my laptop over a month ago and didn't hear anything until a week ago when they sent me an email knocking back the price $100 and yet I still haven't seen the check they claim to have sent. So getting paid in 7 days is a lie as well as their promise to give you your quoted price. I'm not even sure I'll get paid at all, I would recommend you look elsewhere to sell your laptop. read full review »
