I bought a range from them September 11, 2010 and it was delivered on September 16. My husband and I decided that we would save money and he would hook it up. We did not get it hooked up until late Friday so when I went to use it on Saturday we realized that one of the burners did not work so we contacted the store and they informed us that we had to wait until Monday to put in a service call but that we would have a priority call since it was just delivered and not working.
