First they sent me a machine that didn't work. Then a representative told me he could get me a machine that did work. It worked, but they are still charging me for both machines claiming "the lease is non-cancellable" I've had to shut down my bank accounts twice. Now they are calling me several times a day from an anonymous phone number and leaving messages.
