My mortgage was originally with Flagstar. I came back from a family vacation last year and my mortgage was sold to Nationstar. They told me that I did not have to make any mortgage payments for three months because they were trying to get me approved for Obama's new HAMP. I made my payments on time and Nationstar has sent my payments back stating that the payments were not enough to cover my debt which has acculumulated up to 34, 000. This company has been giving me the run around and I am facing foreclosure. I am looking into filing a class action lawsuit because all the money that I was paying into my mortgage has not been going towards it. read full review »
