To whom it may concern: The first week of August 2010 we entered into a service contract with AT&T when we went to a local office to change our cable, phone and internet service. We were initially suppose to have service with on August 13, 2010. I took the day off to be here for the installer. The service couldn't be installed due to the lack of a signal making it to our home from your AT&T box.
