I own a 2006 Honda which only has 11 months remaining on the contract. I have always made my payments in a timely manner. I have recently fallen onto hard times as many other Americans trying to survive in this economy and my payment is late. I was EXTREMELY verbally abused, hung up on TWICE, and threatened today by not one but TWO ruthless collection agents in this company.
