I sent my watch to Watch Repairs USA for a new battery and to have the band repaired. They responded saying that it also needed a rubber ring, all of which I approved when they sent me the estimate. The watch was returned with those items completed but it now has mechanical issues... The minute hand is loose and the stem is bent and has friction when attempting to set the time.
