Booked a hotel reservation 1 week in advance. Called to cancel the reservation 3 days before the reserved date and was told that my credit card had been irreversibly charged. Customer service refused to explain why they couldn't refund my account and continually cited the contract agreement. I believe that priceline is committing fraud against hardworking individuals and this should be stopped. read full review »
