I purchased a 22 long rifle conversion kit for my AR 15 that has a one year warranty. It did not work properly and I immediately returned the item with a letter and receipt to Ciener for repair, replacement or refund. It has been two months, he received the unit August 18th, postal delivery confirmation, and I have called several times and left messages because no one answers the phone.
