I am forced to use Correctional Billing Services to receive calls from my daughter. Today she has tried to call at least a dozen times and the calls are so garbled that I can not understand anything that is being said. Four of the calls came while I was sitting in the facility parking lot and still the calls were garbled. Even though I can't talk to her I am still billed for the minutes from my service for the calls that try to connect and today it has cost me $4.00 for nothing.
