1. Complaints filed with the BBB are not reflected in a business' ratings. Even with multiple complaints a business can have an A+ rating. 2. When a consumer does not accept a business' offer to settle, the BBB closes an issue without any discussion and classifies these unsettled disputes as "Administratively Closed."
