This twice convicted criminal is doing psychological evaluations for the 7th Circuit Court of Genesee County, Michigan. Please be aware this man has been sanctioned by the State of Michigan for negligence, incompetence and lack of moral character. As of this posting dated October 2010 he is again under investigation for new acts of negligence and incompetence while still on probation for his previous bad acts.
