I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this company due to a relatives serious medical condition and inability to handle financial obligations at this time. When attempting to resolve payments on this account on behalf of my relative these rude, arrogant, unbelievably mean representative were talking to me as though I was the irresponsible person who had not paid the bill on time.
