Terrible Customer Service. I attempted to buy a vehicle over the phone from a neighboring state. They added fees and so called taxes to the price that they could not explain. It was like pulling teeth to get them to give me a break down of what the extra charges were. Then when I finally gave them a credit card number to secure the vehicle, and after making flight reservations to go pick it up, they call me the next day and tell me that they sold the vehicle!
