We have been having problems with our CD player. We took it in to a Nissan dealer in Maryland and they told us that it would cost us $2, 000.00 to replair and we didn't have the Quest that long. I called Nissan and they gave me a customer number and a contact person. I e-mailed her (Mary Baumgardner) who is the customer representative of the eastern region; called a million times.
