My husband and I received a special assessment for heating and ventilation from Festiva Resorts for our timeshare at Paradise Harbour Club and Marina. No one at Festiva corporate offices in Asheville, NC nor the manager at the timeshare on Paradise Island would provide us with simple direct answers to the following questions: 1) who makes up "the "board of directors" 2)who represents the timeshare owners? 3) where is the Statement of Revenue and Expenditures outlining this special assessment or some other doccumentation.
