okay, so, i went to regency to get a perm, i wanted a body wave; loose waves, barely even curls, and i have poodle curls, and damaged hair. i even went back and said this isn't what i wanted, and the teacher said oh no, that's a body wave. they're obviously stupid, and i read online that the perm rods they used are way too small, they used purple ones and were suppose to use black ones, if you don't know they're color coded. i will never everrrr go back. and my cousin got a perm also. naturally she has curly hair but... read full review »
