We purchased mohawk carpet from ungers flooring america in new haven ct, and later had a problem with the carpet. A complaint needed to be filed with the manufacturer, and the dealer is normally responsible for for this. We spent 2800.00, it's the least that ungers can do. I spoke to the owner, and he basically made excuses why it was better for me to call. He simply didn't want to be bothered. Even the manufacturer was suprised that it was me, the consumer, making the claim. It was all a very unpleasant experience. read full review »
