I upgraded to the 8500, because the version before it wouldn't feed multiple page documents from the feeder. The 8500 without the Wireless fed OK, but the 8500 doesn't feed. HP knows about the problem, because there is a downloadable "firmware" to correct it. This is my last HP all-in-one, because everyone has had multiple problems. I love being sold a product that HP knows is defective, and then being told that all they can do is replace it with the same defective product. read full review »
