I have called this company 2x a week for the past month and every time I talk to someone they are rude and give an excuse for why my defective merchandise has not been replaced even though I have complied with everyone of their requests -- hold on my credit card until cord received, returned cut cord, etc. I have never encountered people who were as rude as the people who work for this company.
