Property Management of the South, Lilburn, GA is the worst group of people I have ever worked with as a Board member. The reports that were supplied to us were always ineligible and incorrect. Numbers were always wrong. The owner claims to be an attorney. He is not! Never passed the BAR.He is also rude and difficult to deal with as a professional. This company cannot retain a staff for more than a year. The ones that are good always leave. The maintenance part of this company is no better. The work is shoddy at best and 9 times out of 10 will need to be redone or repaired. read full review »
