We purchased a large chest for our bedroom. They charged an 80 dollar delivery fee. They happily charged my credit card. Item arrives and cannot fit through my stairwell. Delivery guys take it away, say I am all set. I call to get the charge removed from my credit card. I am informed that my options are store credit or a 15 percent restocking fee. I am pissed off and challenge their ridiculous policy. They imply that I am an *** for not knowing it wouldn't fit.
