This company is bad, I sent off for the free trial and they had a rep call me to comfirm the order and the correct address I inform the rep my address and than I proceeded to tell the rep that I wanted to cancel my membership before the 10 day trial period. The rep failed to give me the cancel form and said that all I had to do was return the merchandise back to the address.
